Step 1: Preparation on site

Step 3: Mixing Concrete Mix

Concrete trucks are used to help us with our work. It can also be useful to ensure concrete materials are mixed correctly. Sometimes, we do manual mixing. However, in the majority of our projects the use of a concrete mixer is required.

 

Step 4: Pouring Concrete

After mixing the concrete, we pour it into the molds. To avoid air pockets, we carefully apply the concrete mix. Air pockets can be caused by a lack of mortar in the gaps around the aggregate. When we pour concrete, we ensure that we evenly distribute the mix across the form, never leaving any one area.
